It is once again time to submit our Annual Church Profiles (ACP). The information received enables us to better communicate with the staff at our churches in the different ministry areas. The information also allows the church to keep a history of leadership and statistics and is helpful when churches look at trends, introduce a prospective new pastor to the church, and seek outside financing. We realize that Covid-19 has caused some challenges, therefore “best estimates” are acceptable.

 

We encourage each church to participate and have worked to make the process as simple as possible. Complete the form and return to us, and we will do the rest.
